Due to their popularity, Orange have sold out of some models in their 2010 bike range, but the good news is that we have already got the new 2011 Orange Crush and the 2011 Orange Diva in stock, we are taking orders for the new 2011 Orange Five.
The Orange Five is an incredibly popular classic trail bike with 5 inches of rear suspension paired with a 140mm or 160mm travel fork, it has gained rave reviews across many mountain bike magazines and has been 'Trail Bike of the Year' for 3 years running. Yet Orange have made the frame even better for 2011, the Orange Five now has a tapered head tube, for a stiffer/better steering front end, also being slightly lighter whilst retaining the same strength, all frames are fitted with a 2011 Fox Float RP23 XV shock.
For 2011 the Orange Five still comes in 4 models, details of the 'SE' model are to come later in the year. Three new models are available to order now they are the 2011 Orange 'S', 'Pro' and 'AM'.
The 2011 Orange Five S has a new 2011 Rockshox Sektor 140mm travel fork, Shimano SLX/Deore 9 speed shifting with a Race face Evolve chainset, Avid Elixir Three 185/160 disc brakes and Deore 525/Mavic XM317 wheels, all for £2199.99.
The 2011 Orange Five Pro has a Fox 32 Float RL 140mm travel QR15 fork and comes with Shimano's new XT & SLX Dyna-Sys 30 speed shifting system, which provides a 3 x 10 drive train designed to give smoother shifting and improved durability, also Hope Tech X2 183/160 disc brakes and Hope Pro2/Mavic XM317 wheels, now priced at £2799.99.
The 2011 Orange Five AM has a Maxle rear swingarm to provide extra stiffness and a Fox 36 Float R 160mm travel fork, Shimano SLX/Deore 2 x 9 drivetrain with a Race Face Evolve chainset inc bashguard, Avid Elixir Five 205/185 disc brakes and Hope Pro2/Mavic EN321 wheels all for £2899.99.
